Usersnap is a user feedback platform. It started as a visual bug reporting widget, where a user or tester clicks a button, marks up a screenshot and the report lands in Jira with browser and console data attached. It now also runs in-app surveys, feature request boards, roadmaps and release announcements, pulls feedback from tools like Zoom, Gong and Intercom, and sells AI analysis of the feedback it collects.
Its pricing page looks simple, four plans and a toggle, but there are two things most buyers miss. The prices you see are in euros unless a script decides you are a dollar visitor, and the plans changed shape in 2026, with seats going unlimited and prices going up on three of the four tiers.
We read usersnap.com/pricing from a US connection on 24 October 2026, extracted both price lists from the page code, and compared them with archived copies from 2023 to August 2026. Where a figure is our arithmetic rather than Usersnap's, the page says so.

Why it works
What your team gets with Usersnap pricing
Priced by plan, not by seat
Since autumn 2026 every plan from Growth up includes unlimited seats, and Starter includes 2. What you pay for is capacity, meaning projects, channel sources, AI processing and page views, so the plan choice comes down to how many widgets and sources you run.
Two price lists on one page
The page renders euro prices, and the matching US dollar prices sit in data attributes that a script swaps in by currency. The dollar list is set plan by plan rather than converted, so US buyers should budget from the dollar figures, not from a euro screenshot.
AI analysis is a Professional feature
Topic classification, sentiment and root cause analysis are add-ons on Starter and Growth and only included from Professional, with 200 processing units, and Premium with 300. If analysis is the reason you are buying, Professional at $2,508 a year is the real entry price.

Why UserInsight
One platform that fuses behavior and voice
Not an analytics tool that only shows the what, not a feedback repository that is blind to behavior. UserInsight joins both and surfaces the why, on aggregate consented data with no PII.
Unifies every source
Usage analytics, tickets, reviews, surveys and in-app feedback come together in one model, so behavior and voice finally live in the same place.
Surfaces the why
You do not write a query and wait. UserInsight tells you why churn moved and what to build next, ranked and quantified, the moment it changes.
Traced to evidence
Every insight links back to the specific tickets, reviews and events behind it, so you can click through and trust what you act on. No black box.
At a glance
Usersnap pricing in US dollars by plan. Prices read from the data-yearly-price-usd and data-monthly-price-usd attributes of usersnap.com/pricing on 24 October 2026 from a US connection. Annual cost is our arithmetic.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Annual cost, annual billing | Seats, projects and channels | AI feedback processing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 a month | $59 a month | $588 | 2 seats, 2 projects, no channel sources | Add-on only |
| Growth | $129 a month | $159 a month | $1,548 | Unlimited seats, 10 projects, 20 channel sources | Add-on only |
| Professional | $209 a month | $259 a month | $2,508 | Unlimited seats, 20 projects, 40 channel sources | 200 processing included |
| Premium | $449 a month | $549 a month | $5,388 | Unlimited seats, 50 projects, 100 channel sources | 300 processing included |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | Custom projects, 200 or more channels | 500 or more processing |
The default euro list on the same page is 39, 99, 179 and 389 euros a month billed annually, and 49, 129, 219 and 459 euros billed monthly. The page offers a free trial with Premium features until you collect 20 feedback items, a 30 percent discount for NGOs and educational institutions, and card payment only on self-serve plans.
How much does Usersnap cost
On annual billing, Usersnap costs $49 a month for Starter, $129 for Growth, $209 for Professional and $449 for Premium, which is $588, $1,548, $2,508 and $5,388 a year. Billed monthly the same plans are $59, $159, $259 and $549, or $708 to $6,588 a year. Enterprise has no printed price and goes through sales.
The plan most teams land on depends on what they are buying Usersnap for. A small team that only needs a bug reporting widget on two projects can live on Starter. A team running surveys and feedback widgets across several products, or pulling feedback in from support and call tools, needs Growth for the channel sources and unlimited seats. A team that wants Usersnap to analyze the feedback, with topic classification and sentiment, needs Professional, because that is the first plan where the AI processing is included rather than sold as an add-on.
So the realistic answer for a US product team is $1,548 a year if you collect feedback, and $2,508 a year if you also want it analyzed.
Usersnap prices in US dollars versus euros
Usersnap is based in Austria and its pricing page renders euro prices in the HTML. Each price element also carries a US dollar price in a data attribute, and a script on the page shows the dollar figure when it decides the visitor should pay in dollars. The structured data on the page, the part search engines read, lists only the euro prices.
The dollar list is not a currency conversion. The ratio between the dollar and euro price varies by plan and billing period, from about 1.15 on Premium annual to about 1.30 on Growth annual. Starter is $49 against 39 euros on annual billing, Growth is $129 against 99 euros, Professional $209 against 179 euros and Premium $449 against 389 euros.
This matters because many third-party listings copy whichever list the writer happened to see. If a directory shows Usersnap at 39 or 99, it is quoting euros. US buyers are billed from the dollar list, so budget from it.
Usersnap raised prices in 2026
Archived copies of the pricing page show the dollar list from January to at least late August 2026 as $49, $109, $189 and $369 a month billed annually, and $59, $129, $229 and $449 billed monthly. On 24 October 2026 the annual prices were $49, $129, $209 and $449. Starter did not move. Growth went up 18 percent, Professional 11 percent and Premium 22 percent on annual billing, and Growth monthly went up 23 percent.
The increase came with a change in what the plans include. In August the plans were capped at 5, 10, 20 and 50 team members. In October Starter has 2 seats and every other plan has unlimited seats, and the page now calls Usersnap the only product platform with unlimited seats. For a team of 15 that was being pushed from Growth to Professional by the seat cap, the new structure is cheaper. For a three-person team on Growth it is $240 a year more for the same work.
The longer trend runs the same way. In June 2025 the dollar list was $39, $89, $159 and $319 billed annually. Over sixteen months that is a 26 percent increase on Starter and 41 to 45 percent on Growth and Premium.
The annual discount is not three months
The billing toggle on the page says the yearly subscription saves up to 3 months. Working the dollar prices through gives a smaller number. Starter saves $120 a year, which is about 2.0 months of the monthly price. Growth saves $360, about 2.3 months. Professional saves $600, about 2.3 months, and Premium saves $1,200, about 2.2 months.
The euro list does slightly better on some plans. Growth in euros saves about 2.8 months, and Starter about 2.4. No plan in either currency reaches three months.
The saving is still real, roughly 17 to 19 percent in dollars, and on Premium it is $1,200 a year. If you are confident you will keep the tool for a year, pay annually. Just budget from the dollar figures above rather than from the headline.
Which Usersnap limits decide your plan
Seats stopped being the constraint in 2026. The limits that now push teams up a plan are these.
Projects. A project is one feedback widget or survey, and you can run 2, 10, 20 or 50 at the same time on the four self-serve plans. A company with a web app, a marketing site, a mobile app and three survey campaigns has already outgrown Starter.
Channel sources. These are the integrations that pull feedback in from tools such as Zoom, Gong, Intercom and ServiceNow. Starter has none, Growth 20, Professional 40, Premium 100.
Page views. Usersnap counts a page view every time its code snippet loads to show a widget, survey, announcement or board. The table lists 100,000, 500,000, 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 by plan without stating the period, so ask whether that is monthly before you install the snippet on a high-traffic site.
Feature gates. Data export to CSV and JSON, public roadmaps and the guest portal start on Professional. Webhooks, the REST API, the mobile app SDK, custom branding, multi-language surveys and a dedicated success manager start on Premium. Single sign-on with SAML is Enterprise only.
What the AI processing allowance buys
Usersnap's AI features split into two groups. Project summaries, labels and suggested replies are available broadly. The analysis features, AI topic classification with sentiment, AI taxonomy generation and pattern and root cause analysis, are add-ons on Starter and Growth and included from Professional.
The included allowance is 200 processing on Professional, 300 on Premium and 500 or more on Enterprise. The page does not define the unit or the period, and it does not print the add-on price for the lower plans. A separate AI copilot that extracts structured feedback from raw conversations has 20, 40 and 100 signals on Growth, Professional and Premium.
If you collect a few hundred feedback items a month, an allowance of 200 or 300 may cover it. If you want to analyze thousands of support tickets or call transcripts, ask the sales team to state the allowance in feedback items per month, and ask what happens when it runs out, before you choose Professional for its AI.
Usersnap free trial and what happens after it
Usersnap does not sell a free plan. It offers a free trial with all Premium features and no credit card. The trial ends once you have collected 20 feedback items, at which point you have to choose a paid plan to keep collecting, and an account that is never upgraded is deactivated after 90 days.
The page also runs an offer to unlock one free month of Premium: set up 2 channels and collect your first 20 feedback items. In practice the trial lasts as long as it takes your users to send 20 reports, which on a live product can be a single afternoon. Install it on a staging site or with a small test group if you want a longer look.
Self-serve plans are paid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express only. Bank transfer is available for annual Enterprise contracts, and the FAQ offers a 30 percent discount to NGOs and educational institutions on request.
Usersnap vs a feedback analysis tool
Usersnap is strongest at collection. Its visual bug reports with screenshots, screen recordings and console logs are hard to replace, and a QA or support team that lives in Jira will get value from it on Starter or Growth alone.
If your feedback already exists, in Zendesk and Intercom tickets, survey exports, sales call notes and app store reviews, and the job is to understand it rather than collect more, buying Usersnap Professional for its AI layer means paying for a collection platform to get the analysis. UserInsight does the analysis part. It reads support tickets, chats, survey answers and reviews, groups them into themes with the number of customers behind each, tracks whether a theme is growing, and links every theme back to the original messages. It connects to Zendesk and Intercom directly and takes other sources as a CSV.
UserInsight is sold on published plans you can buy without a call: Starter at $1,434 a year billed annually, Growth $4,314, Scale $10,794 and Enterprise $17,988, metered on AI analyses a month rather than projects or page views. Some teams run both, Usersnap to capture bugs and requests and UserInsight to read everything else. Paste a sample of your own feedback into the tool at the top of this page to see the themes it returns.
