Terms of service
The terms that govern your use of UserInsight, the AI user insights platform that surfaces why users churn, what to build next and where users get stuck. Last updated: June 2026.
Acceptance of these terms
By using userinsight.ai or signing up for UserInsight, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Any connected, production use of UserInsight is also governed by the specific agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer, which prevails over these website terms where they differ.
What UserInsight is
UserInsight is an AI user insights platform. When connected to your sources, it unifies product usage analytics, in-app feedback, surveys, support tickets, reviews and session data, then surfaces why users churn, what to build next, where users get stuck, and the sentiment and themes across every source. It operates on aggregate, consented data with no PII exposure.
The service supports your product, growth and customer experience decisions. You remain responsible for the decisions you make, for the accuracy of the data you connect, and for how you act on the insights. Every insight is traced to the signals behind it so you can review the evidence.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you, including those governing privacy, data protection and electronic communications. You agree to provide accurate information and to only connect accounts and data you have the right to use and the necessary consent for. You are responsible for reviewing the insights and for the way you act on them.
Acceptable use
UserInsight is intended for legitimate business use by teams analyzing their own users' behavior and feedback. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws, professional standards and codes of conduct.
You agree not to use the service to:
- Connect or analyze data you do not have the right to use or the necessary consent for.
- Attempt to re-identify individuals or otherwise undermine the platform's privacy posture.
- Submit data that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
- Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.
You are responsible for the data you connect and how you use the insights.
Your content and data
As between you and us, you keep all rights to the data you connect and to the insights you receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the service to you. As described in our privacy policy, UserInsight operates on aggregate, consented data with no PII exposure. Any handling of user data within a connected, production deployment is governed by your customer agreement.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.
Plans, billing and refunds
UserInsight is offered on paid plans. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled in line with your agreement. Except where required by law or stated in your agreement, payments are non-refundable. The specific commercial terms for your organization are set out in your order or agreement with us, which controls where it differs from this section.
Service availability
We work to keep UserInsight available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service. Service levels for a production deployment, where applicable, are set out in your agreement.
Intellectual property
UserInsight, including its software, models, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any specific outcome, such as reduced churn or a particular result, will follow. The figures shown on this site are typical outcomes, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UserInsight and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless your agreement provides otherwise.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time, subject to your agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your customer agreement specifies otherwise.
