Short answer

Kapiche pricing starts at $2,000 a month on the Bronze plan, about $24,000 a year, as printed on kapiche.com/pricing on 15 October 2026. Bronze covers 50,000 rows and 10 fields per project, one CX integration, 2 creator seats, 5 explorer seats and unlimited viewers. Silver, Gold and Custom are quoted by sales. The same Bronze plan was listed at $1,060 a month from December 2025 through at least July 2026, so the entry price rose by about 89 percent with no change to its limits.

Kapiche is an AI feedback analytics platform. A CX, support or insights team uploads or connects survey responses, tickets, chat transcripts and reviews, and Kapiche groups the text into themes, scores sentiment and emotion, and tags reasons for contact. It is a serious tool aimed at teams with tens of thousands of comments, and it is priced like one.

The pricing page is unusually honest about structure. It lists four plans, shows every limit on each, and prints a price for the first one. What it does not show is that the printed price changed this autumn.

We read kapiche.com/pricing from a US connection on 15 October 2026 and compared it with every archived copy of the page we could find, back to 2021. Where a number is our arithmetic rather than Kapiche's, the page says so.

Why it works

What your team gets with Kapiche pricing

One printed price, three quotes

Only Bronze carries a number on the page. Silver, Gold and Custom all say talk to sales, so the $2,000 a month figure is the floor of the ladder, not a typical bill. Every plan above it is priced in a call.

Rows are capped per project

Kapiche limits how many rows of feedback a single project can hold: 50,000 on Bronze, 100,000 on Silver and 250,000 on Gold. A row is one record, such as one survey response or one ticket. A busy support queue fills a Bronze project in months, not years.

Seats are named and counted

Bronze includes 2 creator seats, the people who connect data and edit themes, and 5 explorer seats for people who drill into dashboards. Viewers are unlimited. Extra creator and explorer seats are listed as paid additional services, so team size moves the quote.

Why UserInsight

One platform that fuses behavior and voice

Not an analytics tool that only shows the what, not a feedback repository that is blind to behavior. UserInsight joins both and surfaces the why, on aggregate consented data with no PII.

Unifies every source

Usage analytics, tickets, reviews, surveys and in-app feedback come together in one model, so behavior and voice finally live in the same place.

Surfaces the why

You do not write a query and wait. UserInsight tells you why churn moved and what to build next, ranked and quantified, the moment it changes.

Traced to evidence

Every insight links back to the specific tickets, reviews and events behind it, so you can click through and trust what you act on. No black box.

At a glance

Kapiche pricing by plan and by date. Current plans read from kapiche.com/pricing on 15 October 2026 from a US connection. Earlier rows read from archived copies of the same page. Annual cost is our arithmetic at 12 times the monthly price.

Plan and date Price as printed Annual cost Rows per project Fields per project Creator and explorer seats
Bronze, October 2026 From $2,000 a month $24,000 50,000 10 2 and 5, unlimited viewers
Silver, October 2026 Talk to sales Quoted 100,000 20 4 and 10, unlimited viewers
Gold, October 2026 Talk to sales Quoted 250,000 30 6 and 15, unlimited viewers
Custom, October 2026 Talk to sales Quoted Custom Custom Custom, unlimited viewers
Bronze, December 2025 to July 2026 $1,060 a month $12,720 50,000 10 2 and 5
Starter, March to October 2025 $1,060 a month, billed annually $12,720 200,000 20 1 and 0
Business, November 2022 to October 2025 $2,650 a month $31,800 100,000, then 500,000 from 2024 10, then 40 from 2024 1 and 3

Silver adds 1 extra data source and Gold adds 2 on top of the CX integration every plan includes. Gold includes 1 custom AI enrichment and Custom includes 3. The current page does not repeat the billed annually line that appeared under every price from 2024 to 2025, and it prints prices with a dollar sign but no currency code. Kapiche is headquartered in Australia, so confirm USD in writing on any quote.

How much does Kapiche cost

Kapiche costs from $2,000 a month for the Bronze plan, which is $24,000 a year if you keep it for twelve months. That is the only figure on the page. Silver, Gold and Custom are all marked talk to sales.

Bronze is described as the plan for small teams looking to understand customer feedback and identify key themes. It includes 50,000 rows per project, 10 fields per project, a CX integration, 2 creator seats, 5 explorer seats, unlimited viewer seats, and two AI enrichments: eNPS, eCSAT and emotions, plus reason for contact.

The words starting from matter. A Kapiche representative answering a pricing question on G2 said its subscription tiers are billed per user seat. So $2,000 a month is the price of Bronze as configured, and adding seats or sources raises it.

Kapiche raised the Bronze price by 89 percent

Archived copies of the pricing page from December 2025, March 2026, May 2026 and July 2026 all show Bronze at $1,060 a month with exactly the limits it has today: 50,000 rows, 10 fields, 2 creator seats and 5 explorer seats. The live page on 15 October 2026 shows Bronze starting from $2,000 a month.

Same plan, same limits, a new floor. On an annual view the entry bill moved from $12,720 to $24,000, an increase of $11,280 a year or about 89 percent. Most review sites and AI answers still quote the old figure or say Kapiche publishes no price at all, so a buyer who budgets from them will be short.

If you received a Bronze quote earlier in 2026, keep that email. It is the strongest negotiating document you have.

Kapiche pricing history from 2021 to 2026

In 2021 the pricing page had no numbers. It was a request pricing form that asked how many users you needed, from 1 to more than 10.

By November 2022 Kapiche printed a Business plan starting at $2,650 a month, with 1 creator, 3 explorers, 100,000 rows and 10 columns per project, next to a custom Enterprise plan. The page offered a free trial. By March 2024 the same $2,650 Business plan said billed annually and its limits had grown to 500,000 rows and 40 columns.

In March 2025 a Starter plan appeared at $1,060 a month billed annually, with 1 creator, no explorers, 200,000 rows and 20 columns. By December 2025 the page had been redesigned into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Custom, with Bronze at $1,060. In October 2026 Bronze moved to $2,000.

One pattern stands out. In 2025 both printed plans priced row capacity at exactly the same rate: $12,720 a year for 200,000 rows and $31,800 for 500,000 rows both work out to $63.60 a year per 1,000 rows. Bronze today works out to $480 a year per 1,000 rows of project capacity, about 7.5 times more, although it includes far more seats than Starter did.

What the rows and seats limits mean in practice

A row is one record in a project, so one survey response, one support ticket or one review. The cap is per project rather than per month, which means it is a storage ceiling for one analysis, not a monthly allowance.

Work it through with real volume. A support team closing 4,000 tickets a month fills a 50,000 row project in about a year. A quarterly NPS survey with 5,000 responses fills it in two and a half years. If you want two years of ticket history in one project for trend analysis, you are already above Bronze and into a Silver quote.

Seats work the same way. Bronze gives 7 named seats, 2 creators and 5 explorers. At $24,000 a year that is about $3,430 per named seat. Viewers who only read shared dashboards are unlimited, which is useful for executives who just want the monthly readout.

What costs extra on top of a Kapiche plan

The comparison table on the pricing page lists eight additional services that sit outside the plans: additional integrations, extra creator seats, extra explorer seats, transcription services, agent QA, data hosting locality, an export API, and a custom DPA or MSA.

Two of these catch buyers. Transcription matters if you want to analyze call recordings rather than text, because the audio has to become text first. The export API matters if you want Kapiche themes in your warehouse or BI tool rather than only in Kapiche dashboards.

None of the add-ons has a published price. Ask for each one as a separate line on the quote so you can drop it at renewal.

Kapiche vs Thematic, Unwrap and Chattermill on price

Kapiche sits in the same price band as the other AI feedback analytics vendors that publish anything at all. Thematic Foundation is $25,000 a year for up to 25,000 comments and 3 datasets, read from Thematic's pricing page on 13 October 2026. Unwrap says pricing starts at $24,000 a year, priced on monthly feedback volume and integrations, never per seat. Chattermill prints nothing, and the two contracts on record are $50,000 and $107,000 a year.

So at the entry level Kapiche Bronze at $24,000 is now level with Thematic and Unwrap, where until July it was about half their price. The real difference is the meter. Kapiche counts rows per project and named seats, Thematic counts comments, Unwrap counts monthly volume. If your team is large but your volume is small, Unwrap's no-seat model is likely cheaper. If your volume is large but only two people do the analysis, Kapiche's seat-light Bronze is easier to fit.

How to negotiate a Kapiche quote

Bring your numbers. Count rows by source for the last twelve months and the number of people who will build analyses versus those who only read them. That separates creator seats, which are expensive, from viewer seats, which are free.

Ask for the July price. The Bronze limits did not change when the price did, and a buyer evaluating since spring has a reasonable case for the earlier figure.

Ask whether the price is billed annually and in which currency. The page dropped its billed annually line and shows a bare dollar sign. Get both in writing.

Price Silver at the same time as Bronze. If your data will pass 50,000 rows in the first year, the Silver quote is the real one, and seeing both tells you what growth costs.

A self-serve alternative for SaaS product and support teams

If your feedback lives mostly in Zendesk or Intercom and your team is a few people rather than a CX department, a $24,000 entry point may be more than the job needs.

UserInsight reads support tickets, chats, survey answers and reviews, groups them into themes with the number of customers behind each, and links every theme to the original conversations. It connects to Zendesk and Intercom directly and takes other sources as a CSV. It is sold on published plans you can buy without a call: Starter at $1,434 a year billed annually, Growth $4,314, Scale $10,794 and Enterprise $17,988, metered on AI analyses a month rather than seats.

Paste a sample of your own feedback into the tool at the top of this page to see the themes it returns before you book any demo.

Good questions

Questions about Kapiche pricing

Kapiche costs from $2,000 a month on the Bronze plan, about $24,000 a year, as printed on its pricing page on 15 October 2026. Bronze includes 50,000 rows and 10 fields per project, a CX integration, 2 creator seats, 5 explorer seats and unlimited viewers. Silver, Gold and Custom are quoted by sales.
Yes. Archived copies of the pricing page from December 2025 to July 2026 show Bronze at $1,060 a month. On 15 October 2026 it starts from $2,000 a month with the same row, field and seat limits. That is about 89 percent more, or $11,280 more a year.
Partly. Each plan includes a set number of creator and explorer seats, and extra seats are sold as additional services. A Kapiche representative on G2 said its tiers are billed per user seat. Viewer seats, for people who only read shared dashboards, are unlimited on every plan.
A row is one record in a project, such as one survey response, one support ticket or one review. Plans cap rows per project: 50,000 on Bronze, 100,000 on Silver and 250,000 on Gold. The cap applies to each project, not to a monthly volume.
Not on the current page. Kapiche offered a free trial and a try for free button in 2022 and again in early 2025, but the October 2026 pricing page only offers a sales call. G2 still lists a free trial, so ask for a trial on your own data during the call.
Not any more at entry level. Kapiche Bronze is about $24,000 a year and Thematic Foundation is $25,000 a year. Until July 2026 Bronze was $12,720 a year, about half of Thematic. The meters differ: Kapiche counts rows per project and seats, Thematic counts comments and datasets.
For SaaS product and support teams, UserInsight is sold self-serve from $1,434 a year billed annually. It connects to Zendesk and Intercom, imports surveys and reviews by CSV, groups feedback into themes with customer counts and links each theme to the source conversations. You can run it on sample text before buying.
