Short answer

Zonka Feedback pricing is quote-only in 2026. Its pricing page, read from a US connection on 21 October 2026, prints no price for either product: Feedback Management is priced mainly on the number of responses, and AI Feedback Intelligence on data credits, with an option to bundle both. The last public price list, live until July 2025, ran from $49 to $499 a month billed annually, or $79 to $699 billed monthly, across 250 to 5,000 responses a month.

Unify · surface the why · traced to evidence

Zonka Feedback is a customer feedback platform. It sends NPS, CSAT and CES surveys by email, SMS, WhatsApp, website and in-app widgets and offline kiosks, then reports on the results, and since 2025 it also sells an AI layer that reads open-text feedback from surveys, tickets, chats and reviews.

For years it was one of the few tools in this category with a public price ladder. You picked a plan, picked a monthly response tier and saw the price. That changed in the summer of 2025, and most pages that answer the question still quote the old ladder without saying it is gone.

We read zonkafeedback.com/pricing from a US connection on 21 October 2026 and compared it with archived copies from 2023, 2024 and 2025. Where a number is our arithmetic rather than Zonka's, the page says so.

Why it works

What your team gets with Zonka Feedback pricing

Two products, two meters

Feedback Management, the survey and CX program side, is priced mainly on how many responses you collect. AI Feedback Intelligence, the text analytics side, is priced on data credits. You can buy one, the other, or a bundle, and each meter moves its own part of the quote.

No number on the page

Both product cards end in Get a Custom Quote. The ladder of response tiers with monthly and annual prices that Zonka printed through July 2025 is gone, so the archived prices below are the only first-party figures a buyer can anchor on.

Responses are the unit you buy

In every public version since 2025 the plan was chosen by a monthly response tier, from 250 to 5,000. Going over meant upgrading or buying extra responses. The current FAQ still names responses as the main pricing driver for Feedback Management.

Why UserInsight

One platform that fuses behavior and voice

Not an analytics tool that only shows the what, not a feedback repository that is blind to behavior. UserInsight joins both and surfaces the why, on aggregate consented data with no PII.

Unifies every source

Usage analytics, tickets, reviews, surveys and in-app feedback come together in one model, so behavior and voice finally live in the same place.

Surfaces the why

You do not write a query and wait. UserInsight tells you why churn moved and what to build next, ranked and quantified, the moment it changes.

Traced to evidence

Every insight links back to the specific tickets, reviews and events behind it, so you can click through and trust what you act on. No black box.

Enterprise was quoted in every version. The 2025 page also listed a free plan for one user and per-device pricing for offline kiosk surveys. Zonka offers a 14-day free trial on the current page. Third-party directories list Feedback Management at $199 a month and AI Feedback Intelligence at $999 a month, or $99 and $799, but neither figure appears on any Zonka page we read.

How much does Zonka Feedback cost

Zonka Feedback does not publish a price in 2026. The page is titled Flexible Pricing Tailored for your Business and says pricing is based on your feedback volume, scale and CX goals. Both product cards, Feedback Management and AI Feedback Intelligence, end in a Get a Custom Quote button.

The FAQ on the same page explains the structure. There are separate plans for the two products with the option to bundle both. Feedback Management is priced primarily on the number of responses. AI Feedback Intelligence is priced on data credits.

The best first-party anchor is the price list Zonka printed until July 2025. On that list, a small program on the Starter plan cost $49 to $159 a month billed annually, and a larger one on Growth cost $199 to $499 a month billed annually. Expect a current Feedback Management quote for a comparable volume to start near those figures, and treat anything with AI analytics as a separate, larger line.

When Zonka Feedback removed its prices

The archive pins it down. A copy of the pricing page from 15 July 2025 still shows the full response-tier ladder with monthly and annual prices. The next copy, from 6 September 2025, shows the current design with no prices and the data credits FAQ. So the switch happened in the summer of 2025.

The page before that change had already been reworked once. In April 2024 Zonka sold Starter, Professional and Growth, metered on email and SMS sends plus website sessions or monthly tracked users. By February 2025 Professional was gone and the meter had become responses collected, with four tiers on Starter and four on Growth.

That history matters when you read reviews and directory listings. A price quoted from 2024 refers to a different meter as well as a different number.

Zonka Feedback cost per response on the last public price list

The 2025 list lets you work out what one response cost, which is the most useful number to take into a quote. Billed annually, Starter at 250 responses a month was $49, or about 20 cents a response. At 2,500 responses it was $159, about 6.4 cents. Growth at 1,000 responses was $199, about 20 cents, and at 5,000 responses it was $499, about 10 cents.

One tier stands out. Growth at 2,000 responses a month cost $279 billed annually, while Starter at 2,500 responses cost $159. The higher plan charged $120 a month more for 500 fewer responses. You were paying for Growth features and the extra two seats, not for volume.

So if your program needs more responses but not the Growth feature set, ask for the top Starter volume rather than the entry Growth tier.

The annual discount was not the 33 percent the toggle promised

The archived page had a billing toggle labeled Yearly, Save 33%. Working the printed prices through tier by tier gives a different answer. Starter at 250 responses was $49 billed annually against $79 billed monthly, a 38 percent saving. Growth at 1,000 responses was $199 against $299, about 33 percent. Growth at 5,000 responses was $499 against $699, about 29 percent.

The discount shrank as the plan grew. The buyers with the biggest bills got the smallest percentage off for paying a year up front.

When you get a current quote, ask for the monthly and the annual figure side by side, and work out the percentage yourself rather than relying on a headline saving.

What AI Feedback Intelligence data credits pay for

AI Feedback Intelligence is the part of Zonka that reads text. It pulls feedback from Zonka surveys and from helpdesks, chat tools and review sites, then extracts themes and entities, scores sentiment and emotion, runs impact analysis against NPS and CSAT, and answers questions through an assistant called Ask AI. Zonka also lists an MCP server so the data can be queried from AI assistants.

It is metered on data credits rather than responses. Zonka does not publish what one credit buys or what a credit costs, and we found no help center article that defines it. In practice that means the AI line of the quote moves with how much text you feed it, including historical imports.

Ask the rep to state the credit allowance in records, how a long ticket thread is counted against a short survey comment, and what happens when credits run out.

What Zonka includes for enterprise buyers

The current page lists the capabilities that usually push a deal to the enterprise tier. Zonka is ISO 27001:2022 certified and describes GDPR and HIPAA compliance. It offers single sign-on with role permissions, historical data import, tailored onboarding and priority support. Data can be hosted in the US, Europe, Australia or India.

For US buyers in healthcare the HIPAA line is the one to confirm in writing, along with whether a business associate agreement is included or priced separately. For everyone else, ask which of these items are in the base quote and which are extra, because the page lists them without saying.

How to budget and negotiate a Zonka Feedback quote

Count responses first. Take the last twelve months of survey volume by channel and note the peak month, because the old plans were sold on a monthly ceiling and overage meant upgrading or buying extra responses.

Price the two products separately. If you only need surveys and dashboards, say so and ask for Feedback Management alone. If you want the AI layer, ask for the credit allowance in plain units and for a quote on your real text volume, not a sample.

Use the archive. The 2025 list showed what Zonka was willing to charge for each response tier, and a buyer comparing vendors can reasonably ask for a Feedback Management quote in that range for the same volume.

Ask for the free trial on your own data. The page offers 14 days. Run it on a real month of feedback so the quote is based on volume Zonka has seen.

Zonka Feedback vs a self-serve option for SaaS teams

Zonka is strongest when you need to collect feedback in many places, from SMS and WhatsApp to kiosks in physical locations, and run the CX program inside one tool.

If your feedback already exists in Zendesk, Intercom, survey exports and app store reviews, and the job is to understand it rather than to collect more of it, a quote-based platform may be more than you need. UserInsight reads support tickets, chats, survey answers and reviews, groups them into themes with the number of customers behind each, and links every theme to the original conversations. It connects to Zendesk and Intercom directly and takes other sources as a CSV.

It is sold on published plans you can buy without a call: Starter at $1,434 a year billed annually, Growth $4,314, Scale $10,794 and Enterprise $17,988, metered on AI analyses a month rather than responses or credits. Paste a sample of your own feedback into the tool at the top of this page to see the themes it returns.

Good questions

Questions about Zonka Feedback pricing

Zonka Feedback publishes no price in 2026. Both products are sold on a custom quote. The last public price list, live until July 2025, ran from $49 to $499 a month billed annually and $79 to $699 billed monthly, across 250 to 5,000 responses a month on the Starter and Growth plans.
Zonka sells two products with separate plans and an option to bundle them. Feedback Management is priced primarily on the number of responses you collect. AI Feedback Intelligence is priced on data credits. Both are quoted by sales after a call, according to the FAQ on the Zonka pricing page.
The 2025 pricing page listed a free plan for one user with basic features and limited responses. The current page does not show a free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial and a booked demo, after which you move to a quoted plan.
Data credits are the meter for AI Feedback Intelligence, the Zonka product that analyzes open-text feedback for themes, sentiment and impact. Zonka does not publish what a credit covers or costs. Ask for the allowance in records and for the rule on long tickets before you sign.
On the 2025 plans, Zonka said you would be notified when you passed your monthly response limit and might need to upgrade or buy additional responses. The current page does not describe overage, so ask for the overage rule and price in writing on any quote.
Usually, at small volumes. Zonka sold plans from $588 a year when its prices were public, while Qualtrics publishes no price and quotes per product line. For enterprise programs with AI analytics both are quote-only, so compare them on your own response and text volume.
For SaaS teams whose feedback already sits in Zendesk, Intercom and survey exports, UserInsight is sold self-serve from $1,434 a year billed annually. It groups tickets, chats, survey answers and reviews into themes with customer counts and links each theme to the source. You can try it on sample text before buying.
