Qualaroo Pricing and What Qualaroo Costs per Year in 2026
Qualaroo publishes four prices with unlimited responses on every paid plan. Essentials is a link and email survey maker, Business is where the on-site Nudge surveys start, and monthly billing costs double. Here is what each plan includes and where the page view cap bites.

Qualaroo pricing, read from a US connection on 30 October 2026, is $0 on the Free plan (50 responses a month), $19.99 a month billed annually on Essentials ($239.88 a year), $49.99 on Business ($599.88 a year) and a quoted Enterprise tier that starts at $149.99 a month and is sold on annual plans only ($1,798.88 a year). Monthly billing roughly doubles the price. Responses are unlimited on every paid plan, so the meters that matter are email sends and page views.
How much does Qualaroo cost?
A small site pays $239.88 a year, a product team that wants targeted surveys across a busy app pays $599.88, and a larger company pays $1,798.88 or more. Here is everything the pricing page prints, with the yearly totals worked out:
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Yearly cost on annual billing | Email sends a month | Page views a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | 500 | 10,000 |
| Essentials | $19.99 a month | $39.99 a month | $239.88 | 1,000 | Not listed (link and email surveys) |
| Business | $49.99 a month | $99.99 a month | $599.88 | 5,000 | 100,000 |
| Enterprise | From $149.99 a month | Annual only | From $1,798.88 | Custom | Custom |
The annual discount is 50 percent on Essentials ($19.99 against $39.99) and 50 percent on Business ($49.99 against $99.99). The practical meaning: if you have decided on Qualaroo, never pay monthly. A month-to-month Business plan costs $1,199.88 over a year, double the annual price for the same product.
Is Qualaroo free?
Yes, up to a limit. The Free plan allows 50 responses a month, plus 500 email sends and 10,000 page views. The page says the free plan comes with all premium features, so you can test a survey before paying. Fifty responses is enough to prove a survey works, not enough to base a decision on. The Business card itself points to it: "Need 100+ monthly responses? View Business Plan."
What does each Qualaroo plan include?
Qualaroo prices by volume of email sends and page views, not by seats or by responses. Every paid card lists unlimited responses with "no caps or overage charges". The bigger surprise is that Essentials and Business are different products, not a small plan and a larger one:
- Essentials is a survey maker. It sends link and email surveys, with 100+ templates, 20+ question types, scored surveys, branching and skip logic, AI help writing surveys and reports on responses and completion rates. It does not run the pop-up Nudge surveys on your site or inside your app.
- Business is the one most buyers searching for Qualaroo actually want. It adds Nudge surveys and link Nudges, exit-intent surveys, mobile Nudges, targeting, the Identify API, a feedback button and sidebar form, NPS, CSAT and CES, heatmaps and session replay, data export, file uploads, multilingual surveys and basic integrations, within 100,000 page views a month.
- Enterprise adds unlimited domains, page views and users, plus custom email volumes. The page also lists sentiment analysis on open-text answers on its feature list.
A white-label package that removes the "Powered by" link is a separate $300 a year. Payment by ACH or cheque is accepted for purchases over $3,000, with a $100 processing fee.
The 100,000 page view cap on Business
Business includes 100,000 page views a month, and the page lists unlimited page views as an Enterprise feature. That makes your site traffic the number that decides the plan. If your site gets 300,000 page views a month, ask Qualaroo in writing how the cap is counted (every page, or only pages where a survey is eligible to show) before you buy Business. If the answer is every page, you are an Enterprise buyer, which turns a $599.88 budget line into at least $1,798.88.
What does Qualaroo cost against Survicate and Sprig?
Qualaroo Business at $599.88 a year is one of the cheapest published prices for targeted website surveys, and Sprig publishes no price at all. We put the three side by side, with cost per response, in Survicate vs Sprig vs Qualaroo pricing, and the single-vendor breakdowns are in Survicate pricing and Sprig pricing. The trade you make with Qualaroo is that price is low because the product is narrow: it collects answers on a website or in a mobile app, and it stops there.
What Qualaroo does not do
Qualaroo asks the question and records the answer. It does not read your support tickets, app store reviews or interview notes, it does not tie a survey answer to product usage, and it does not tell you which complaint is growing. A team that buys it still ends up with a spreadsheet of survey comments, plus a separate Zendesk or Intercom inbox full of the same complaints in different words. That gap, not the $599.88, is the real cost of treating a survey tool as your feedback system.
Prices on survey tools move without notice, and this page is a dated read, not a promise. A tool that does tracking competitor pricing pages automatically is the cheapest way to catch a change before it lands in your budget.
How to choose a Qualaroo plan
Start on Free and run one survey for a month to see the real response rate. If you only need link and email surveys and reach the 50-response limit, buy Essentials on annual billing at $239.88; if you want on-site surveys, go straight to Business. Skip Essentials if you want pop-up surveys on your site or in your app, because that starts at Business. Confirm the page-view count with the vendor first. Do not take Enterprise unless you have measured traffic above 100,000 page views a month, since it starts at nearly three times the Business price.
Where UserInsight fits
Qualaroo collects what visitors tell you in a survey. UserInsight reads those answers next to everything else. Export your Qualaroo responses as CSV, connect Zendesk or Intercom for support tickets, add app store reviews and interview notes, and UserInsight groups all of it into themes with the number of customers behind each. You see which problem is growing, which one sits near churn, and which tickets and survey answers support it.
Plans are published and self-serve. Starter is $1,434 a year billed annually, Growth $4,314, Scale $10,794 and Enterprise $17,988, metered on AI analyses a month rather than seats or responses. Paste a sample of your own feedback into the tool at the top of this page to see the themes it returns.
The short version
Qualaroo costs $19.99 a month on Essentials and $49.99 on Business when billed annually, which is $239.88 and $599.88 a year, with unlimited responses on both. Monthly billing doubles the price, the Free plan stops at 50 responses, and the Business page-view cap of 100,000 a month is the number to confirm before you commit.
