Short answer

Billed annually, Userback starts at $29 a month, Usersnap at $49 and Marker.io at $39. They meter differently. Userback and Usersnap give unlimited feedback and unlimited seats on their middle plans ($79 and $129 a month), while Marker.io bills team members, so a team of 10 pays about $804 a year on Marker.io Starter, $948 on Userback Business or $1,548 on Usersnap Growth. The cheapest sticker price is not the cheapest plan once session replay is needed.

Unify · surface the why · traced to evidence

Userback, Usersnap and Marker.io all sell the same first job: a visitor, client or tester clicks a widget on your site, marks up a screenshot and the report lands in Jira, Linear or GitHub with browser details attached. They differ in how they charge for it, and that decides which one is cheap for your team.

Userback and Usersnap lean on plans with unlimited feedback and, above the entry tier, unlimited seats. Marker.io treats clients and end users as free reporters and charges only for the team members who triage and fix issues, then adds website monitoring on top.

We read Marker.io's pricing page from a US connection on 1 November 2026 and set it beside our readings of Userback (25 October) and Usersnap (24 October). Totals for a ten-person team are our arithmetic, not a vendor quote.

Why it works

What your team gets with Userback vs Usersnap vs Marker.io pricing

Three meters, not three prices

Userback charges for plan and sites, Usersnap for capacity, Marker.io for team members and monitored pages. Compare the meter against your team before comparing the monthly number.

Replay costs a plan step

Session replay and developer logs start at $79 on Userback and $149 on Marker.io, and Usersnap holds its analysis for Professional at $209. The entry price rarely buys the feature you came for.

Reports are not analysis

Collecting a bug is different from knowing which problem hits the most customers. Analysis of the feedback you already hold is a separate purchase.

Why UserInsight

One platform that fuses behavior and voice

Not an analytics tool that only shows the what, not a feedback repository that is blind to behavior. UserInsight joins both and surfaces the why, on aggregate consented data with no PII.

Unifies every source

Usage analytics, tickets, reviews, surveys and in-app feedback come together in one model, so behavior and voice finally live in the same place.

Surfaces the why

You do not write a query and wait. UserInsight tells you why churn moved and what to build next, ranked and quantified, the moment it changes.

Traced to evidence

Every insight links back to the specific tickets, reviews and events behind it, so you can click through and trust what you act on. No black box.

Userback also has a Free Forever plan with 2 seats and 7 days of feedback history, and Business Plus at $159 a month. Usersnap Professional is $209 and Premium $449 a month. Marker.io Business is quoted, and its Agency plan is open to eligible agencies only. Marker.io includes 10 monitored pages on every plan and sells more as an add-on from $39 a month.

How much does each tool cost a year

On annual billing the entry plans are $348 a year for Userback Team, $468 for Marker.io Starter and $588 for Usersnap Starter. The plans most product teams actually need are higher: $948 for Userback Business, $1,548 for Usersnap Growth and $1,788 for Marker.io Team.

Billed monthly, Userback Team is $39, Usersnap Starter $59 and Marker.io Starter $59 a month. Marker.io's annual discount is the deepest in dollars at the top, $50 a month on Team, which is $600 a year.

The gap between entry and working plan is the real comparison. Each vendor holds something back on its cheapest tier, and the next section lists what.

Which plan adds session replay and developer logs

Marker.io keeps session replay, console logs, network requests and the Jira integration off Starter. They start on Team at $149 a month, or on the Agency plan at $99. Starter does connect to Trello, Asana, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, Linear and Notion.

Userback puts session replay, surveys and AI insights on Business at $79 a month, with the mobile SDK and privacy controls on Business Plus at $159. Team at $29 is the widget and a five-seat limit.

Usersnap's Starter is a bug reporting widget on two projects with two seats. Growth adds unlimited seats and 20 channel sources, and AI analysis is included from Professional at $209.

If your developers need console logs with every report, the honest entry prices are $79 for Userback and $149 for Marker.io.

What a team of 10 pays a year

Take ten people who triage and fix issues, clients who report for free, and one product site.

Userback Business covers unlimited seats at $948 a year. Usersnap Growth also has unlimited seats at $1,548 a year, and Usersnap Starter would cap you at 2. Marker.io Starter includes 3 members and adds $4 a month for each extra, so 7 more members is $336 a year on top of $468, a total of $804, but without session replay or developer logs. Marker.io Team includes 15 members at $1,788 a year with both.

So on seat arithmetic alone, Marker.io Starter and Userback Business are the two cheapest ways to give ten people access, and Userback Business adds replay for $144 more a year.

How the three meter usage differently

Userback does not meter feedback. Every plan lists unlimited feedback and unlimited reporters, and the limits are seats, sites and how long feedback stays in the account, 7 days on Free.

Usersnap meters capacity: projects, channel sources, AI processing and page views, with seats unlimited from Growth.

Marker.io meters team members and monitored pages. Reporters are free and unlimited. Every plan includes 10 monitored pages for scanning accessibility, content quality and broken links, and an add-on scales that to 1,000 pages. If you do not need website monitoring, you still get it, and if you do, it is the one thing neither of the other two sells.

Which one fits which team

An agency that sends client sites through review is the Marker.io case. Clients report free without an account, and the Agency plan at $99 a month covers 15 team members and 50 active client projects for eligible agencies.

A SaaS team that wants feedback, surveys and session replay in one widget fits Userback Business at $79 a month, the cheapest of the three with replay for unlimited seats.

A team pulling feedback from several channels, such as Intercom and call recordings, and wanting it analyzed by AI fits Usersnap, with Professional at $209 a month being the first plan with analysis included. Our Usersnap pricing page has the full dollar list.

What none of the three reads

All three collect reports. They show you what one user flagged on one page. They do not tell you which themes keep recurring across support tickets, app store reviews, NPS comments and interview notes, or how many customers sit behind each theme.

UserInsight does that part. Import exported feedback as CSV, connect your helpdesk, add reviews, and it groups everything into themes with customer counts and links each theme back to its source. Plans are self-serve: Starter is $1,434 a year billed annually, Growth $4,314, Scale $10,794 and Enterprise $17,988, metered on AI analyses a month rather than seats. Paste a sample of your own feedback into the tool above to see the themes it returns.
