GetFeedback Pricing 2026 and What the GetFeedback Direct Shutdown Costs You
GetFeedback publishes no price and its pricing URL now redirects to SurveyMonkey. The current product has two plans, Starter at 1,000 responses a month and Plus at 2,000, and GetFeedback Direct closes on 31 December 2026. Here is what each plan limits, what the suggested move to SurveyMonkey costs and how to budget the switch.

GetFeedback pricing is not published in 2026. getfeedback.com/pricing now redirects to a SurveyMonkey product page with no price on it (checked from a US connection on 21 October 2026). SurveyMonkey's own help center lists two current GetFeedback plans, Starter with 1,000 responses a month and Plus with 2,000, billed monthly or annually, and no dollar figure for either. The bigger cost question for most buyers is the deadline: GetFeedback Direct shuts down on 31 December 2026, and the product's own login banner tells customers to migrate to SurveyMonkey.
How much does GetFeedback cost?
There is no list price to quote. Every route to a GetFeedback price on SurveyMonkey's sites ends in a contact form or a sign-up. The old getfeedback.com pricing URL has redirected since late 2021 and now lands on surveymonkey.com/product/getfeedback, which describes website feedback buttons, campaigns and an analysis dashboard and stops there.
What SurveyMonkey does publish is the plan structure. Its help center article on GetFeedback plans and pricing, read on 21 October 2026, names two subscription plans:
| Plan | Responses a month | What it includes | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | Trigger-based forms, core single-form analytics, multi-form analysis | Not published |
| Plus | 2,000 | Teams and multiple users, the always-on Feedback Button, trigger-based forms, embedded forms, the same analytics | Not published |
| GetFeedback Direct (legacy) | Contracted | Email and SMS surveys, Salesforce integration | Quoted, ends 31 December 2026 |
Directory listings fill the gap with numbers that do not appear on any SurveyMonkey page. Capterra and Software Advice list a starting price of $50 per feature per month. Treat that as a historical directory entry, not a quote, because it predates the current two-plan lineup and does not say which product it refers to.
What GetFeedback Starter and Plus actually limit
The response cap is the meter. Starter allows 1,000 responses a month and Plus allows 2,000. Usage resets at the start of each billing month and unused responses do not roll over, so a quiet month does not bank capacity for a busy one. If your site runs a seasonal campaign, size the plan to the peak month, not the average.
The feature split is narrower than the plan names suggest. The Feedback Button, the floating always-on form most teams think of as the core of website feedback, is listed under Plus only. Starter gets trigger-based forms, which appear when a visitor meets a rule such as time on page, scroll depth or exit intent. Embedded inline forms are also Plus. And multiple users are a Plus feature, so a team of two already needs the higher plan.
Billing follows the usual SurveyMonkey pattern. Plans are billed monthly or annually by contract term, renew automatically, and SurveyMonkey's cancellation policy says it does not refund past service. Cancel before the renewal date or you pay for the next cycle.
Is GetFeedback shutting down?
Part of it is. GetFeedback used to sell three products: Direct for email, SMS and Salesforce surveys, Digital for websites and apps, and Complete, which bundled both. An archived copy of the old pricing page from October 2021 shows exactly that lineup, each with a request-a-demo button and the note that pricing is calculated to your requirements.
Direct is ending. The GetFeedback application carries a warning banner, set in the page source of app.getfeedback.com, that reads: GetFeedback Direct will be closing down on Dec. 31, 2026. We encourage you to migrate to SurveyMonkey. Digital continues, and SurveyMonkey has renamed it plain GetFeedback. That renamed product is the one with the Starter and Plus plans above.
So if you are on Direct, the 2027 cost of your feedback program is not a GetFeedback price at all. It is whatever replaces it. SurveyMonkey's suggested path is its own survey platform, and that has very public prices.
What migrating from GetFeedback Direct to SurveyMonkey costs
SurveyMonkey publishes US prices for every self-serve plan. Read from its pricing data on 21 October 2026, the plans a GetFeedback Direct customer would realistically land on cost the following:
| SurveyMonkey plan | Price per seat a year | Responses a year | 3 seats a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advantage Annual | $276 | 15,000 | One user only |
| Premier Annual | $840 | 40,000 | One user only |
| Team Advantage | $360 | 50,000 | $1,080 |
| Team Premier | $1,104 | 100,000 | $3,312 |
| Enterprise | $1,020 at list, quoted | Custom | 5 seat minimum |
Two details matter for Direct customers. First, Direct was sold on its Salesforce integration and automated email and SMS sends. Confirm which SurveyMonkey plan includes the integration you rely on before you price anything, because the individual plans are built for one person sending surveys, not for automated CRM sends. Second, the extra-seat discount SurveyMonkey's team plans carried in September is gone, so three Team Premier seats now cost the full $3,312. The detail behind every figure is in our SurveyMonkey pricing guide, and the Enterprise seat rate and when it beats Team Premier is covered in the SurveyMonkey Enterprise pricing breakdown.
GetFeedback alternatives on price
Many Direct customers will shop rather than accept the default. The realistic shortlist depends on what Direct was doing for you.
- Transactional email and SMS surveys after a case closes. This is the classic Direct job. Zonka Feedback covers email, SMS and WhatsApp sends and now quotes every plan, though its last public price list ran from $49 to $499 a month on annual billing. We broke down that history and the current meters in Zonka Feedback pricing.
- Relationship NPS and CSAT across channels. Survey platforms with published prices are the fastest swap. Our SurveyMonkey vs Typeform vs Qualtrics pricing comparison converts all three onto cost per response, which is the number to compare against your Direct contract.
- Surveys that need richer answers than a score. Some teams use the migration to switch to survey software where customers answer by voice or video, which suits post-support follow-ups where the reason matters more than the number.
Whichever you pick, ask for the vendor's import format before signing. Export your Direct response history while you still have access, because after 31 December 2026 there is no guarantee it can be retrieved.
How to budget the switch before the deadline
Start with the volume you actually send. Pull the last twelve months of Direct sends and responses by survey and by channel, and mark which surveys fire from Salesforce automation. That one spreadsheet tells you which plan tier you need on any replacement, and whether you need a Salesforce connector at all.
Then price two things separately: collecting feedback and understanding it. Direct was mainly a collection tool. The analysis usually happened in Salesforce reports or a spreadsheet. If the reason you are shopping is that nobody can say why scores moved, a bigger survey license will not fix that.
Leave a month for parallel running. A replacement that goes live in December with no overlap risks a gap in your CSAT trend line right at the year-end review.
Where UserInsight fits after GetFeedback
UserInsight is not a survey sender, so it does not replace the collection side of GetFeedback Direct. It replaces the part that usually never worked: reading what customers wrote and connecting it to what else they said. It takes survey exports as CSV, connects to Zendesk and Intercom for tickets and chats, groups everything into themes with the number of customers behind each, and links every theme back to the original answers and conversations.
That makes your GetFeedback response history useful rather than archived. Import the export, see which complaints repeat across surveys and tickets, and carry those themes into whichever survey tool you move to. Plans are published and self-serve, from $1,434 a year billed annually, metered on AI analyses a month rather than responses. Run the demo at the top of this page on a sample of your own survey comments, or read how survey analysis software handles open-text answers at volume.
The short version
GetFeedback has no published price. The current product has two plans, Starter at 1,000 responses a month and Plus at 2,000, both quoted, with the Feedback Button and multiple users reserved for Plus. GetFeedback Direct closes on 31 December 2026, and SurveyMonkey's suggested replacement starts at $1,080 a year for three Team Advantage seats. Count your sends, export your history now, and price collection and analysis as two separate decisions.
